We are currently only accepting new patients who live within our practice area (see applicable postcodes) and do not have an existing GP in Leiden. Your application can be made online (in English) or at the practice in English. An acquaintance appointment (Kennismakingsgesprek) is normally part of the application. You will be asked to provide ID and Medical Insurance details.

If you have non-dutch medical insurance you can still register with our practice but as an uninsured (passant) patient.  You will be asked to pay (cash or debit card) for any treatment on the day.  An invoice will be given to enable you to reclaim from your medical insurance provider.

You do not need to register with our practice if you only require travel vaccinations.

The practice consist of one family practitioner (GP) and usually a family practitioner trainee. The trainees remain in our practice for a year. They appear to work independently, but are reviewed and guided by the family practitioner and the University of Leiden.
